Riverside DBSA
DBSA Riverside is a support group for individuals with depression and bipolar disorders, who have sought or are seeking medical treatment for their illness. DBSA is totally patient run and our meetings are free of charge (donations accepted). Family members are welcome to attend. Since there are no paid staff members, volunteerism is encouraged. There are Several types of meetings & other holiday picnics and gatherings.

Our Meetings are held every Saturday from 10 am. to Noon.
- Holiday Potlucks & Picnics
Since holidays can be a difficult time for those of us suffering from Bipolar & Depressive disorders, DBSA of Riverside has holiday gatherings/picnics on all major holidays so no one needs to be alone.
Potlucks / picnics for DBSA Riverside are held on the observed actual holidays of:
- Thanksgiving day
- Christmas Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Halloween (evening - no picnic)

There are 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped property that are both
private and relaxing (see photos to the right of this page). There is
even a cabin on this property.
Weather Permitting you may decide to Relax in the pool / Jacuzzi, play a
game of volleyball and enjoy the company of others who
care and understand.
So, bring yourself, a dish to share if you can and any supportive family
members and friends!!!
Please come even if you are depressed and feel alone. Look at us as your
extended family.
